At PRYA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new jewelry. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original PRYA branded packaging and ensure they are securely tucked inside a protective mailing envelope.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your parcel at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
